Народився 25 серпня 1957 року у м. Києві. У 1979 році закінчив Київський ордена Леніна державний університет ім. Т.Г. Шевченка. 1979-1985 – мл. науковий спвробітник кафедри ХАРЕ. Захистив у 1985 році кандидатську дисертацію на тему: “Фотометрические методы определения поверхностно-активных веществ”. З 1993 р. – доцент кафедри аналітичної хімії хімічного факультету Київського національного університету імені Тараса Шевченко За результатами наукових досліджень опубліковано 179 робіт.
