• General information

It is the primary goal of the symposium to provide a platform especially for young analytical scientists (students, PhD students, postdocs) from Russia and the Ukraine to meet colleagues from Western Europe, mainly from Germany.
This conference offers the chance to learn from each other about scientific activities and mutual skills, modern analytical methods and instrumentation in various applications, to discuss and solve current analytical problems and to establish personal contacts, partnerships and new relationships.

The 9th symposium in this series continues the more than 10 year tradition of conferences on Analytical Chemistry held alternately in Russia, Germany and Ukraine.  ARGUS 2005 is organized by analytical department of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv University, Ukraine.

• Registration

Generally on-line registration for AC&CA-05 is enough for participation in ARGUS-9 (if you select and fill appropriate lines in Registration form) but if you want to participate in ARGUS-9 only, please send e-mail to Dr. Volodymyr Doroschuk (argus@univ.kiev.ua) with your name, affiliation and e-mail address.

• Venue

The symposium will be hold by Kiev National University, Kiev Ukraine and depending of numbers of participants will take place at  Institute of Continuing Education (36 Vasylkivska Street, Kyiv, 03022) or at Grand hall of Ukrainian Academy of Sciences (Volodymyrs'ka 55)

• Language

The official language of ARGUS will be English. There will be no translation or interpreting facilities.
