Summary
Linnik S.L. Indicator systems on the base of organic-mineral anionites for the determination of arsenic and selenium.
The dissertation is devoted to the elaboration of the solid-phase reagents on the base of silica noncovalent modified with quaternary ammonium salt for the solid-phase-spectroscopic, catalymetric and test-determination of arsenic and selenium microquantities. The conditions of sorption of molybdoarsenic and molybdoantimonarsenic heteropolycomplexes by functionalyzated silica gel have been optimized and the techniques of arsenic solid-phase-spectrophotometric and test-determination which oriented on the analysis of mineral waters have been developed. The interaction of indigocarmine and methyl violet immobilized on silica with sulphide in the presence of Se(IV) have been investigated and the optimal conditions of selenium test-determination by visual detection of analytical signal have been developed. The product of iodide oxidizing by selenite conditions of concentration by silica modified by quaternary ammonium salt have been optimized and the technique of indirect solid-phase selenium determination have been developed. The techniques were succesfully applied for the determination of arsenic content in mineral water and selenium content in pharmaceuticals.
