The thesis is devoted to the investigation of regularities of the phase formation in the induced micellar-extraction systems of nonionic surfactants and the interphase distribution of the non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The influence of modifying additions on the cloud point temperature and the lyophilic properties of the surfactant-rich phases were studied. The correlations between the cloud point temperature and lyophilic properties of induced micellar phases were found. The procedure for determination of the oxyethylation degree of nonionic surfactants was suggested. The mechanism of the inducing effect of the additions was also suggested. The influence of the main parameters of the additions on the cloud point temperature was studied. The correlation for the prediction of the inducing properties of the additions was proposed.

The regularities of extraction of the non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs into induced micellar phases were investigated. The influence of the concentration conditions and substrate form on the phase separation in the nonionic surfactant systems at the presence of inducing additives was estimated. The most effective additives for increase the efficiency of the induced micellar extraction were suggested. The optimal conditions for the effective micellar extraction of various pharmaceuticals were recommended. The increase of the cloud point extraction efficiency at the hydrophobic correspondence between the substrate and the surfactant-rich phase for non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs was shown. On the basis of data obtained the procedures for HPLC determination of naproxen, mefenamic acid and indomethacin with the micellar-extraction preconcentrating from urine were elaborated.
